Kiggle ("we", "our", "us") is a mobile application that connects parents and children with classes, tutors, academies, and educational activities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
By using Kiggle, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect information you provide directly, automatically through your use of the app, and from third-party services (Google, Apple Sign-In, Firebase).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following situations:
When you initiate a consultation or booking, we share the relevant information (your name, child details) with the tutor or academy involved.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Kiggle requests location permission to show you classes near your current position. This is optional — you may enter your address manually instead.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Kiggle after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
By downloading, installing, or using the Kiggle mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users including parents, students, tutors, and academy representatives.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid through the App in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Vietnam.

Kiggle ("chúng tôi") là ứng dụng di động kết nối phụ huynh và trẻ em với các lớp học, gia sư, trung tâm và hoạt động giáo dục. Chính sách Bảo mật này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, chia sẻ và bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của bạn.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ trong các trường hợp sau:
Khi bạn khởi tạo tư vấn hoặc đặt lịch, chúng tôi chia sẻ thông tin liên quan (họ tên, thông tin trẻ) với gia sư hoặc trung tâm đó.
Chúng tôi có thể tiết lộ thông tin khi có yêu cầu của cơ quan nhà nước hoặc để bảo vệ quyền và an toàn của người dùng.
Kiggle yêu cầu quyền truy cập vị trí để hiển thị các lớp học gần bạn. Đây là tùy chọn — bạn có thể nhập địa chỉ thủ công thay thế.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách Bảo mật này theo thời gian. Các thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo qua ứng dụng hoặc email. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng Kiggle sau khi có thay đổi đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp nhận chính sách đã cập nhật.
Bằng cách tải xuống, cài đặt hoặc sử dụng ứng dụng Kiggle, bạn đồng ý bị ràng buộc bởi các Điều khoản Dịch vụ này. Nếu bạn không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng ứng dụng.
Các Điều khoản này áp dụng cho tất cả người dùng bao gồm phụ huynh, học viên, gia sư và đại diện trung tâm.

Bạn chịu trách nhiệm với mọi hoạt động diễn ra trên tài khoản của mình. Thông báo ngay cho chúng tôi tại support@kiggle.app nếu nghi ngờ truy cập trái phép.
Chúng tôi có quyền đình chỉ hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm Điều khoản này, có hành vi gian lận hoặc gây hại cho người dùng khác.

Các Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết tại tòa án có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam.
Kiggle là nền tảng giúp phụ huynh tìm kiếm cơ hội học tập cho con em họ. Sự an toàn và quyền riêng tư của trẻ em là ưu tiên hàng đầu của chúng tôi.
